Apartment Review for Avalon At South Coast - Costa Mesa, CA

Management is disorganized, loses rent payments (then tries to evict you without notice), you buy a parking pass and your car still gets towed, the electrical hasn't worked since I moved in almost a year ago and they can't get it fixed, management will give you a "great", "quiet", "amazing" location, won't let you see it until 3 days before you move in (which for most is too late to find an alternative) and let you discover that you're practically living on the freeway and can barely hear yourself think. Apartments are very hot,A/C is worthless, talking to management is like beating your head against a brick wall...oh and they love to surprise you with late fees months after the alleged late payment, lots of little surprises with this place. And roaches are a problem even on the 2nd floor.
