Apartment Review for Avalon At South Coast - Costa Mesa, CA

I moved into this complex in early 2004. To my surprise, everything met my expectations, so I felt I should praise them when I left. Management was always helpful with anything I needed, maintenance was always on schedule and came within 24 hours of a service call. They even remembered my name and apt number!! Shockingly, guest parking was never an issue, there were always open spots, even at night. The only complaint was the road noise and lack of gas fixtures. The double paned windows did a pretty good job of eliminating loud cars, but the electric stove was inaccurate, and supposedly new stainless appliances are coming in shortly. I don't see how anyone could rate this place with negative reviews, the complex really was great! Compared to other apartments I lived in, this one is bar none the best.
