Major problems with mail theft due to the nature of the college-aged crowd living here. Overall, the outside grounds look beautiful during the day, but the appliances inside the apartment are probably older than I am (I'm in my late 20's). Poor insulation makes for very loud conditions. The inside of the apartments really needs to be renovated. I would not recommend this place... it's not worth the high rent!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
