Apartment Review for Camden - Costa Mesa, CA

The window dressing on this facility is quite enticing, until you move in and realize that no one who lives here works - has to get up early in the morning -- they're all students who drink from Thursday to Sunday. The community is unruly; there is no neighborly respect; the police are constantly there. No money is put into the areas back where the tenants live; the stairwells are filthy, the areas by the elevators and the trash rooms are always dirty. Basically, the place is rotting from the inside out. It's the worse facility I've ever lived in.
