Apartment Review for Camden - Costa Mesa, CA

The management is a joke and never gets anything right. The crime rate is ridiculously high. Car break-ins occur nightly and aren't helped by the lack of security who leave the parking structure gates wide open. Constantly changing parking policies. Very noisey. Crowded living. Foundation is sinking. Sophia in the management office is rude and very unhelpful. I've lived there for 4 months and still haven't received a parking sticker which is supposedly required. I'm on the 3rd floor and there is water damage on the ceiling, our apartment was flooded and it took them WEEKS to fix, we all got incredibley sick. Can't wait to get out of this place, would NEVER recommend.
