Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

We've lived there for 10 years and the place has greatly improved with new management in the last year and a half. The landscaping is much better, there is a new roof, and the new management is infinitely better. However, there is NO security at night. Our car has been broken into several times. New tenants are lied to about the presence of security. The rents are (relatively) reasonable, but there are far too many noisy kids! Very convenient to freeways and shopping.
