Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

When me and my girlfriend moved in we where so excited. There where some things that the managment said would get fixed but after 6 months it hasnt. There are big holes in the side of our plaster, we where told that it would get fixed prior to our move in. There is only one, ONE gate to get in and out of. You have to wait for people, and some people dont have a clicker to get in or out so they wait for you, in the mornings it is crazy, I have almost been a few times. The parking is stupid, thats right stupid, they charge you $25 for and extra spot, and its allways being taking by someone else and it takes forever for it to get towed so you can park. The Management is ok, they are nice sometimes, if you make a mistake they are all over you and try to make you look dumb but if they make a mistake they laugh it off like its nothing. The laundry room is too narrow and you cant move around in there but it doesnt cost that much to do a load so its ok. we cant wait till we can find a better place at the same price.
