Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

Whomever wrote that previous e-mail couldn't have been more right. There are just too many annoying things about this place to mention.

And the management are total hypocrites. When I moved in they said they didn't allow cats, meanwhile an add for the place not a week later stated that they accept cats. In addition, they claim they no longer accept dogs, even small ones, but there are at least a dozen already running around the place--one more couldn't hurt!

Probably the worst thing about this place is the parking situation--just too many cars and not enough spaces. To add insult to injury, there is no street parking anywhere on Victoria or Harbor, the cul-de-sac across the street prohibits street parking from midnight-6AM every day, and EVERY SINGLE business w/n an half mile radius threatens to tow away non-customer cars! So if you have friends and they want to come over, YOU better pick them up. I can't even get SuperShuttle to pick me up anymore b/c there isn't a designated loading area anywhere near the apartment.

In summation, this place is ok if you have zero standards and zero friends. For everyone else, best of luck finding a home somewhere else!
