Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

Casa Victoria Apartments are very cheap to live in, but you get what you pay for here, which is not much. The management seems to be worse, they are very rude. There is absolutely no parking, so i can't have guest's over because they have to park at norms, or on the next street over and that is not safe. There's no garbage disposal so my sink is always clogged with food and water, and they shut off the water every two weeks for half the day. But like i said its very affordable to live there, which is the best thing, so i guess you just have to deal with all the problems. Except we shouldn't have to deal with the rudness of the new management. That is the main problem. But again the rent is cheap and you won't find a better deal anywhere else is costa mesa.
