Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

As tenants we should have the right to contact someone above Sandra Ballesteros I thought I was the only person having problems with her, from the looks of the previews comments there are more unhappy tenants with the new manager, rude, bad-mannered, impolite. Sandra Ballesteros is no longer the sweet secretary, her new position as manager got in her head and became this sour person that wants to run the place at her own personal convenience. If anyone of you know a person we can contact above her please let me know by posting your comment here in this forum.
