I’ll make sure to contact the City Hall tomorrow, I think is unfair that old reliable tenants go through all the abuse. Typically, we are given a grouchy and menacing resident manager: a little person who has never had power before - and loves it. The South Park episode where Cartman shouts "Respect my authoritah!".  Need to rent an apartment?
