Apartment Review
Oh No!!

I’m sorry to say Casa Victoria is sad to see a lot of the good tenants go, because of bad management. People that have being here for years, unproblematic, responsible, well manner, now I see a lot of empty apartments and also a lot of people livening in a one and two bedroom apartments. Before, only a single person used to reside in a one bedroom now you see up to 3 to 4 students in a one bedroom apartment, drinking and smoking outside their apartments making this place noisier and uncomfortable, not to mention the lack of available parking. Some times I don’t understand what the company’s prospect when it comes to the word Business. From what I see they are spending more money than what they are going to get back, all the lost from so many empty apartments and all the money they are investing to make the apartments look good for the new renters, most of the new renters only stay for about a year or less leaving the apartments in bad conditions. Changing the subject every time you walk by the office you can see Sandra and Adriana having a goodtime with the vendors oh and the mailman that spends hours in the office or up in his apartment doing Gosh now’s what with our mail. From what I see there are 4 people working for Casa Victoria out of those only two worked the men that fixes the apartments and the lady that cleans these two are the ones that keep the place running. I’m sorry to say but the two that work in the office are rude and unmannered sometimes you can heard Sandra arguing with tenants and as soon as the tenant leaves they use the tenant concerns as topic for their next comedy show. With this out of my chest I wish you all a better place to live so run before getting in. |
