Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

I am a relatively new tenant and unfortunately I did not pay heed to the numerous negative reviews. The only good thing about this complex is location. The manager can be responsive or rude, depending on who you are. Many old tenants are moving out. Lots of empty apartments (doesn't the ownership see this?) Manager takes out her dogs without a leash on the property but insists tenants use leashes. Assistant manager is polite and respectful. No security at night. Lots of young kids, loud and unsupervised. This complex could really be a STAR if managed correctly. Numerous hallway light out. Landscaping is superb. Misplaced priorities!
