Yes you’re right about this place could be a much better with better management! We used to have a great manager her name is Jacky she was great and experience, very good with good tenants she used to say “I take care of my people”. Since Jacky was relocated we had nothing but bad to worse management. I agree about the secretary (Adriana) being polite, I notice Adriana is the person that is acting as the manager “behind the door”, tells the “manager” Sandra what to do and how to act with the tenants. Sandra is very young therefore Adriana influence a lot in Sandra’s decisions and attitude to the tenants, Adriana uses Sandra to look good in front of the tenants Adriana is a wolf under a sheep’s coat. If I need to go to the office I don’t know who I need to direct my self to the “manager” Sandra or the “secretary” Adriana this is very frustrating to me and one of the reasons may be the strongest reason why I gave my 30 days notices. I don’t understand why there is no one here to supervise the property so many empty apartments, so many unfairness like you mention it’s okay for the manager to walk her dogs without a leash, okay for the people in the office to park where ever they want and to have as many cars in the property as they want, but Good forbids you ask for an extra space because they don’t lend you one. Why, with so many empty apartments I don’t see the point of making it so hard to lend a space for a day or two?? |
