Apartment Review for Casa Victoria Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

They have the worst rental office. They never help when you need.In fact, they are mean. If anything is broken, it takes them days to fix it. The place is very noisy.Even though they work with a security company, when there is noise nobody comes. When you call the security , they get upset because you are complaining. The apartment is too old. Everyting is broken. In 6 months, we had to have them fix the garbage disposal for 5 times, and they don't even consider change it. Also, there is no parking space.If you are lucky to get one, it is far away from your apartment.Only one laundy , and always dirty. Only good thing is they pay most of the utulities. But overall it is still the worst place i've stayed.
