Apartment Review for Harbor At Mesa Verde - Costa Mesa, CA

We have had cockroaches since we moved in, got exterminated, yet they came right back - it was very stressful and unsanitary living conditions. Additionally, we made three service requests for our broken microwave, two for our roof immensely leaking during the rainy winter months, and one for a broken shower head. Only one of these six service requests was actually answered and it was the shower head. Thus, we lived with a broken microwave and wet living room in the winter for months. The maintenance was terrible, the service workers never came to answer our service requests, we were living in a cockroach-infested apartment, the leasing office assigned our parking spot to another resident and we received harrassing notes on our cars when we parked in our own spot, and ultimately the stress and disdain we three felt the entire lease term was incredible. We feel that we were not properly taken care of and are extremely dissatisfied with our experience. I would never recommend a future resident to Harbor at Mesa Verde
