Apartment Review for Mediterranean Village - Costa Mesa, CA

My place happens to be an upstairs unit freshly painted, with new carpet and overlooks the greenbelt and water fountain which is very peaceful. Although the neighbors below and across from me party sometimes, I don't hear them and they don't keep me up.

The pools and landscaping are nice, but the outside of the buildings and parking structure aren't too attractive. I agree with the lack of visitor parking. But at least they can park in the front lot after 6pm.

I would not have taken a lower unit with no view or one that overlooked the parking lot. Those seem depressing for the most part.
