If you have a stereo upgrade in your car, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Everyone one around me has had something stolen from their car - at least once. The apartments are big and they are upgrading the appliances which is nice. If you live downstairs, you get to listen to the AC unit drip all night long if your neighbors decide to run it during the day. Frequent power outages. The mgmt company also loves to increase your rent once your lease is up.  Need to rent an apartment?
