Apartment Review for Park Mesa Villas - Costa Mesa, CA

The grounds are nice and the newly refurbished apts are lovely. But the Management is the worst. They are unfriendly & unhelpful. God forbid you ever have a problem they will never take care of it unless you come back to bug them about it at least 4 times. The maintenance staff is very good. The problem is the office doesn't communicate well with them It took me 3 times of reminding them week after week that my faucet was leaking. They assume everything is your fault not theirs . The neighbors are nice but the gate is broken half the time. And the office does not return phone calls. If you rent here stay far away from management and proceed with caution!
