SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM ! ! !? Do not fall for the scam this apartment complex runs. They solicit applications for apts. & require that you use a credit card number to pay for the $35.00 processing fee and drop your application through a night drop box. Once they've taken your $35.00 they never contact you. Basically - this is a scam to collect processing fees with no intention to rent to you!! BEWARE!! If you have already done this, contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charge - they will.
