Apartment Review for Pinebrook Villiage - Costa Mesa, CA

In the past 6 months, since the change of ownership, their consideration of the tenants has completely disappeared. They are money-hungry people. When calling the leasing office for repairs, they are very condescending and patronizing. They show little or no concern for tenant's comfort and maintanence issues. Property has been under construction for the past several months and causes major inconvinience and little or no privacy. The noise is unbearable!!! You can hear almost everything in the surrounding apartments. The only bright spot to this property is maintanence Sam Trujillo.
