Apartment Review for Pinecreek Apartment - Costa Mesa, CA

Not a good place to live!!!! Managment is horrible, parking horrible and security is selective. we had a car towed even with tag up....when we looked around other cars were parked w/o tags and no problem for them. When you move in you get fresh paint and carpet but the fixtures are old and bairly work, the bathroom fixtures get polished but that fades fast!! And they will charge you when you leave to fix these. but they won't get fixed! The management team is horrible! we had several problems and they told us to fix them ourself before the would send out maintenence. Then you have to threaten them to send them! Maintenence guys are very nice even thought they work for those witches. Save your hair ...... go somewhere else!
