If you don't mind neighbors who engage in screaming matches, children shrieking outside your windows, and police helicopters hovering overhead, this is the place for you! The manager is decent, but he doesn't do much to curb the noise factor. The maintenance crew seems to be fairly good as well. But the fellow tenants leave a lot to be desired.
