Apartment Review for Sea Breeze Villas - Costa Mesa, CA

Thought it was a great deal. Yeah it's basically a mobile home in a industrial area but it's minutes away from the beach..boy how wrong I was. If you like drug addicts and drunks who stay up all hours of the night fighting, playing loud music and riding motorized bicycles, you'll love it. I wish I would have found the meth pipe in laundry room when I did the walk through pre-move in, instead I found it a month into my 1-year lease. The units are as beat as the neighbors, and good luck getting help fixing either from "management" If I could give less than one star, I would.
