Apartment Review for Seabreeezevillia - Costa Mesa, CA

I adore the cuteness of the complex, especially as they are painting right now. The management is extremely nice and are trying to upgrade entire complex. Super opportunity to be near the beach in 5 minutes, close to major hot shopping and gyms, close to freeway and privacy is good as compared to a typical 'shared wall' apartment. You have your own home space, kind of a 'mini-house' and 1 parking space. Parking is tough...hope you have a small car and limited visitors. The concern is that some of the renters NEED to be REMOVED...yes the management is trying to do so. I'm happy but I feel the rent is a little elavated for some of the problems within the complex...however they are trying and living at the beach is a perk. I just wish they could upgrade this place to it's full capability so then I would be proud regarding where I moved instead of having to give a warning. It's all about getting out the unkept folks and putting in people with self-respect who put shoes on their children. I have seen a few of the unmentionables begin to leave already so I have high hopes for the villa's...did I mention the greatness of living in the beach temperature?
