Apartment Review for Seabreeze Townhomes - Costa Mesa, CA

This place is the worst place I've ever lived. The grounds are disgustingly dirty. The manager Maria Ayala is unresponsive, unreasonable and unwilling to assist you. She can't even speak English. Be prepared to have your security deposit stolen from you. You'll never see it again! There's garbage everywhere. There are roaches, spiders and ants. The doors, windows, cupboards, showers all do not work. The kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting. There is no security and there are breakins and property stolen. There is no place to park. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious all hours of the evening. They raise the rent every 6 months even though they say they won't increase it when you move in. The pool is dirty from kids peeing in it. They never fix anything that you ask for. The washers and dryers are always broken and unable to use. Do not even think about wasting your time with this place!!
