Ants, No Parking, Broken Gates, Worst / Unprofessional Management, Non Isolated Walls, Blowers who clean property blow dirt & leaves onto your steps and entry way. Great maintence with freshly painted walls and new carpet but that meant nothing compared to my horrible experience at The Cape. Absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. On my scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 1.  Need to rent an apartment?
