Apartment Review for The Cape - Costa Mesa, CA

I read the previous review before I moved in but unfortunatley I ignored it. This place is terrible. The staff is completely incompetent. The manger told me sorry but this is a training location. The staff gave incorrect information or did not not what they were talking about. On top of their incompetence they were completely rude. The only saving grace was the maintanence crew. The place is very loud inside and out as well as very messy. Leaves and dirt are blown all over your apartment. You've been warned, do not rent from the CAPE.
