Apartment Review for Tulip Garden Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

It is very sad. You ask for things to be fixed and as long as they don't cost alot of money, they will fix them. Windows don't work properly (don't lock, rain and dirt come in, cold air comes in) and they won't fix them because of costs. Code Enforcement came out and said they need to be repaired - badly. Received an eviction notice 3 days after she received the letter from Code Enforcement. Also, termites in tub (place hasn't been tented in over 20 years). Had them remove my sink and vanity in bathroom - between water rot and termites, it was falling down. In many apartments the upstairs bathroom has fallen into the downstairs apartment. The manager changes yearly. We had a rat in our apartment and the manager baited it - vector control said that is the worst possible thing to do because they die in the walls.
