Apartment Review for Villa Martinique Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

I lived here while a management change occurred. Previous owners were great, the staff were convivial, understanding and wanted to retain residents. The new mgmt was corporate and robbed me of all kinds of stuff while living there and when I moved out. When I had a dispute with a neighbor about their execessive coming from their non-stop barbequeing (neighbors were southern, watcha expect?) the management inexplicably bought them ANOTHER barbeque grill. When we moved out, mgmt refused to give us back the deposits we had made on the automatic garage door openers (b/c we didn't have formal receipts) and didn't refund the security depoit because "it wasn't the new firm's policy" Office manager was an old bitter women who just walked out of a trailer park and the rest of the staff amazingly went to college to get a junior leasing office agent job. Pathetic. Was told by the new office manager that, "Orientals might not like it here." not sure what she meant but that's what she said.
