Apartment Review for Villa Pomona Apartments - Costa Mesa, CA

Across from Pacific Park is a very low income housing and with that comes crime, unfortunately. Parking is always an issue so dont invite friends over as they will have to park a mile away. SOme cars are vandalized. Management is nice but the grounds sometimes smell musty and some mold is in the apartment. I think the price is too high for the area and the crime, make sure to swing by at night as the helicopters are always out and you will notice the parking problem. I suggest moving elsewhere. There is also a long list of sex offenders for this area which I wasnt aware of. This is in fact Costa mesa, not Newport Beach. Apartments interiors are outdated, no storage area or closet space, bathroom very petite. No air conditioning, heater doesnt heat the entire apartment or more than a small area. I came home one night and some one was being assaulted in the parking lot next to the complex. The positives-the grounds are well kept
