Apartment Review for Villa Siena (Costa Mesa) - Costa Mesa, CA

i can't see the day to move-out of here!, the office staff never resolve your issues, the water is always cut-off, there are noisy all-night-parties every weekend (luckily)... my bike was stolen from MY OWN front yard (I wasn't the only one) and there is not patrol security during the day, the entrance gate is always broken so anybody can get in whenever they want and is extremily hard to find a parking space.. and i could listing the disadvantages all day!!
