Apartments burglarized during day while you're at work and your car at night. Again, check crime at CMPD! Drug deals in back parking lot all day and night long. Security (joke) fence always broken. Criminals jump walls to commit crimes. Oh, forgot about stabbing in January 2008 at bus stop and person who stabbed was a resident here. Illegals immigrants living 10 to an apartment. They average your water, but if there are 10 to apartment and management does nothing, you pay for them, too... but then again, this is California, your taxes are paying for their housing, schools, and food....ex-cons live there and management will do nothing if they're not on the lease. Manager said they can't get rid of everyone or they'll be out of business!! Frat parties all day and night from college kids that also live 5 or more per 1 bedroom.. management says they have bigger problems than music!!!! run away!!!! oh, and forget about getting your security back, they will keep it all!! if you decide to slum it here, make sure you take them to small claims court whenyou move out and lose all your money! They refuse to get cameras on property and the security is a joke.. they're even afraid to walk to back of property.
