Apartment Review for Villa Siena (Costa Mesa) - Costa Mesa, CA

This place deserves blank stars. When I moved in, it looked like I rubbed my feet with charcoal after walking on the carpet. There were bugs crawling all over the place too.I didn't have a bed yet so I had to sleep on the floor and I got a nose infection. I complained to the manager and they claimed to have already cleaned the carpet and had the pesticide sprayed. The kids partied all night and some of them went skinny dipping in the hot tub. Security lags. Cops would come once in a while. Some neighbors are beyond terrible. My neighbor had the dignity to steal my newspaper coupons and leave the cut out paper back in the bag. I saw some neighbors walk their dogs and have them poo in front of people's houses. You have to fight for a parking space here. The guest parking is hell. They constantly change the parking pass number and the companies are beyond rude and their rules change every time you get a different operator. My friend's car got towed away once but I think everybody's car or guest's car get towed away at least once. The gates break all the time. Mail sometimes end up in the wrong boxes. I'm counting down the months and days until I get to move out.
