Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

I lived at Villa Venetia for two years. It was the worst experience I have had with apartment living. The parking is a nightmare. I had to tow many vehicles out of my spot on several occasions. In addition, the management team was unresponsive and rude on several occasions. The maintainence crew never showed up to replace lights or to check on mold in bathroom. I had an infestation of spiders. In addition, the college kids were always loud. I would not recommend it for families. However, the price of the rent does not equal the issues that you have to deal with at this place. Please look somewhere else.
