Issues dealing with while living at Villa Venetia

First of all, the condition of the apartment itself it pretty old. Specially, their bathroom and kitchen it is in poor conditions. I would high recommend that if you do decide to move in, make sure you take a look at the apartment first before moving in. Also, the staffs are very nice to you in the beginning but once you move in there they do not pay much attention to you when you need to get things done.

These are the issue to have living there for a year: " Big cockroaches inside your apartment, especially in the bedroom " Spiders and spider webs every where " Neighbors cats always on your desk " Parking is horrible pretty much you cant have any guests to coming by visiting, because there are hardly any parking spot opens. " I get hit my other cars in parking areas, because people have to parallel park. Some people are horrible at it and so I got hit twice. " We have security walking around at night, but my roommate car window is crash by someone throw a rock in her car. It cost us $200 to get it fit. " Also, our neighbor next door to us. Her window in her bedroom is broken too by someone throw thing inside her bedroom. " Oh, and the manmade lake is smell of death fish. When you walk for first time and everything look for fabulous and you probably didnt notice any smell. But if you walk around a couple times. It stinks. Especially near the leasing office in the poor areas is the worth. Every month I walked there to paid rent I seriously want to throw up every time. You should check it out the complex myself before decide if you really want to move in. " Poor is not heated and Spa is always broken. The spa is running cold water instead of hot. " Paddle boats, gosh they told you that you can use them. But every time we want to check it out and take it for a ride. They said, oh we have to bring the boats in and fix it them because they are broken. Every time we tried there always gives us some blame excuses. We lived there for a year and never seen anyone ride on these paddle boats. " Poor tables and movies theater area close at 5pm every day. I do not see our benefit of using them, because most of us have to work until 5pm. Therefore, we never get chance to use them when we get home from work. Why you can tell the pool tables are like brand new. " Wireless never works, because it always down or they probably do not hook up to wireless. I tried a couple times and they told me sorry it wirelesses are down. I gave up after that.

If none of these issues bother your environment of living, then I guess you can live here. But I would highly recommend that you think twice before moving in. Because I am sure you can find another complex about the same price range but offer better condition than Villa Venetia. Well, the only thing I have to say good about this apartment is that is pretty close to 405 free way and closer drive to Newport beach/HB beach.
