Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

I just recently moved in last month. Let's just say I was deceived.

I agree with ALL of the complaints below and I have 11 more months to go in this hell hole!

" Spiders: EVERYWHERE in my apartment. Is this California or the freaking Amazon?!

" Parking: I feel like I live in Alcatraz! They should honestly tell you (which I am going to now) you must be a hermit with absolutely no social life before you move in! It should be a freaking prerequisite!!! I pay $1,300 for a one bedroom, and it's nearly impossible to have visitors? Now tell me one person who thinks that makes sense?! Besides the employees! I certainly didn't sign up for this! Last week I had my friend help me move my sofa in my apartment (Yeah, I was still moving in). Don't we all park as close as we can with our emergency lights on when we are unloading something? I was moving in for crying out loud! We were in my apartment 2 minutes tops! When we went back out to his truck, the tow jerk was there and said that it was my friend's lucky day because he got back to his truck in time. Actually, it was the tow jerks lucky day because I would have kicked his fat, ugly, no life, loser A$$!

" Management: Nice at first, now they treat me like I am an idiot! Which in all reality I AM an idiot! I'm an idiot for not reading this site first!

" Maintenance: No comment. My heater is STILL broken after a month! I'm freezing my butt off every night! What do these people get paid to do anyway?

Once my lease is up I am OUT! I will continue to tell others how bad they suck! If the Management company had any sense of intelligence, couth, decency, or class&They would read these reviews and make changes PRONTO! Too bad we cant sue them! Can we??????!!!!!!!
