Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

Apartment is very spacious and having two master bedrooms is very ideal...WARNING!!! There is no parking for visitors or even you if you live there! After 5 pm forget about it, you will be spending the night somewere else. We live in a 2 bedroom, but get one parking spot and the other person has to fight for one along with all other tenants and visitors as well...so basically you're not getting one. The management staff is rude and very unhelpful. Supposedly the new management staff is supposed to make changes. If you do not have a satellite dish then you opt for the 1970's cable box with out of date cable, not even digital and there isn't even a choice! We are moving out next month and cannot wait...save your money. We wish we would have seen this site before wasting money for a whole year at a place we didn't even stay the last 4 months of our lease!
