the parking was the worst I have ever experienced with a very predatory towing company (Tow n Moe)just waiting for an excuse to tow you, your friends, or family to the tune of $225 a trip to deepest Santa Ana.. Changes in parking regulations were never rolled out in advance. Having two cars there was a constant struggle and search for the second spot.The lighted tennis courts, the hot tub, the pool at lakeside were all quite to our liking. Our unit was fine. the view off our balcony of the fake lakelet was great at first but eventually over-run by ducks who mturned the landscape to mud and excrement. The management office staff were alooft, unfriendly and inefficient regarding lease renewals and our final departure. A neighbor with severe anger management problems and substance abuse problems were a lingering menace finally solved by the CMPD, not apartment management. Glad to be in south county now.
