Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

Pretty much everything below me ( comments ) is all true. But in my case times ten. My neighbor is freaking me out and I know other people have complained. And he still lives there. I really dont think management does anything.

Im considering breaking my lease and moving out. I mean seriously I only paid 400 bucks. Its so worth loosing that then spending another night here.

TO PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE: I wasnt told that we have to pay for utilitys such as gas water trash. I was told electric and cable and phone. You know the basic. But then I received a bill in the mail for everything else. It would have been nice if they didnt lie about it.

Parking is aweful. Your friends and family have to park at a store or somewhere far and then you have to drive to pick them up.

Some apartments are not made well so you can hear everything. Like exact words almost.

And last. They spend way more money into the clubhouse than they do to the apartments. So if you plan on living in the clubhouse..Dont move here.
