Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

horrible, rude management. updated exteriors but buildings are over 30 years old and noticeable. major termite problem in our unit and laundry room. there was even termites in the washer. called front office and all they said is that its that time of year and nothing else. there is always cops on the property and loud parties. if you are young and like the party scene but dont care about a quiet place to live, then this place is for you. check out other websites regarding this property and you will notice that it has nearly 100% negative reviews and barely 25% recommended.
