Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

Villa Ventia is not perfect. But they are close. They are truly working for the tenants- you and me- And THAT is very apparent. It is like coming home to a retreat, a beautiful peacefuel retreat in the middle of the city. We love living here and have been here for 6 years. Different managers have come and gone, but the current staff is UNBELIEVABLE! We've never felt so at home- they know us by name, and treat us like old friends. We get to enjoy ourselves with little parties they are always having and this gives a real feeling of community. As for the environment, we love the ducks (and the cute little baby ducklings all in line in the summer months), the giddy squirrels, giant kois fich in the lakes that flow through the entire property, and even the lazy turtles popping their heads out, surprring me here and there... We like to take veening walks aroundthe water and our dog even has little frineds in the community. Its very comfortable and we feel very safe. It's a nice getaway from the every day hustle and bustle. As for the office staff- they are always smiling and do their best to address all of our concerns. If they dont have the answer- they look into and actually get back to us and in a timely manner. Its a nice change from where I was before. I read some of the other reviews here and I just cant understand why anybody would say such bad things about this place. Lets get real- sh*t happens from time to time. But you can rest assured that when sh*t happens, VIlla Venetia will fix it!
