Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

I don't know how safe I feel when they tow cars but there is robbing and rape attempts in the complex. I don't mind that they don't want overnight visitors, but I think residents should be allowed to have visitors at least until 10 or 11 without towing you away. We don't always know when we get a visitor and sometimes it is after 6 pm that the office is close and we cannot get a parking permit. Parking permits should be for overnight visitors, but for people that just visit for a few hours they should either change the parking policy or provide visitor parking spaces.
