Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

My first neighbor was couple of party animals who had frequent "alternative lifestyle" parties - which frequently gets violent. I spent one evening without my husband home, cringing and listening through the walls to the noises emitted by a guy being beat up next door (walls are really thin). Other neighbors frequently called the police on them. The freelance security company the apartment hires are slow and unresponsive. My other neighbor living on top, since she had a "guy" move in with her is having loud sex almost every night, it kills my day everytime I wait for them to finish and stop their old creaky bed from making loud and rhythmic noises (the ceilings are thin too). I cannot wait to get out of here, this place is bad news and definitely not save for children.
