Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

These reviews are very helpful! This is the worst place to live. The leasing office and outside will fool you! The apartments are horrible and the carpets are really old. You get one stain on the carpet, they will charge you for replacing the entire carpet. The lady Resa in the leasing office has a dike haircut and is a total bitch. The rest of the employees in the office are not that great except for the gay dude that works at the front. They are not fair with utilities and the rent is a rip off. At the end of your lease they tell you not to send in check for utilities, they will take it out of your deposit.... you think its the last of your bills but its actually double becasue they said its the first months utility when you first moved in. They dont tell you everything and its bullshit when they take all your money for the deposit and charge you more as well. 2 people living in an apartment for 10 months cannot have $1000 worth of damage.. Also they will charge you a flat rate for re-painting the walls! Even if its a 1 bed 1 bath or studio, or 2bed 2 bath.. its a flat rip off rate. This is the worst place to live! The parking is aweful and people park like assholes. You can never get a parking pass either! There are some creepy people that live there and they are not even friendly!
