Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

At first I loved this place...It looks great on the outside and everyone seemed friendly. but then after a few months the staff are shitty they say they love their residents but they dont...they take away BBQ's and instead of getting new pool chairs they take old ones from another apartment complex. they make tenants get renters insurance for an absurd amount. they are afraid of fires becuase they are still getting sued. the apartments are built so shitty i thought the people above me were going to fall through the ceiling... i could hear everything they did and said...also the stairs shake the whole place. the only thing nice about VV is the people except for one...dont move near N202 she is a crazy bitch. they dont accomidate for anything...they dont care if you move out at all...they will screw you on everything...ecspecially if your young they will take advantage of you...also there are huge coacroaches and rats...and the place smells from the lake. spiders everywhere. didnt feel safe from people breaking into cars and my stuff getting stolen off my patio. security didnt do anything. you never see them. but they always say that came to your house for a noice complaint when they really didnt so watch out the leasing office will always believe the security over a tenant any day. this place is a shit hole and its falling apart...dont live here or for any UDR community.
