Apartment Review for Villa Venetia - Costa Mesa, CA

All type of crimes especially breaking & entering cars to steal. There are SEX OFFENDERS - live in this apartment complex or walking distance to this complex. The management and their staff are doing a VERY POOR job in checking criminal background prior to renting…..Absolutely Un-Safe for kids. The appearance of the club house seems nice but WALK INSIDE…….this place is a SHIT HOLE with a tons of BIG RATS, they live in the walls and around the complex. There are a lot of ducks and with that, comes a ton of shit…don’t forget about the dog and their shit too. Horrible security, they do not protect your cars or your things but to perform daily walk and daily car-towing of visitors. If you have visitor, tell them to park at Vons and walk to your place. How dumb is this but ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE FACT.
