Rats, termites, poor insulation, poor parking area and tow trucks on premises ready to take your car even if you park it our of harms way to unload groceries. Total bill for picking up a car same day it was towed is $234.00 In this economy - that money is food money or money to pay bills. No warnings are given - your car will be towed. The model apartments are breath taking - when you move in check out the poor workmanship and take note of the SMELL. Please read other reviews before you sign a lease and THINK before you sign. The leasing people are like the cheshire cat - a fake smile only to get your money. We will not be renewing our lease - please do the leg work and run from this place.
